Delivery

All our products are packed and shipped directly to you from our warehouse in Vermont. If you'd like to pick up your order instead, please contact us first.

Fast, Safe and Secure Delivery

Once your online order is confirmed and the full payment is received, we will process your order and have it dispatched within 3 working days.

For delivery of orders within Australia, we use Australia Post eParcels. With this service, you can track your order through the Australia Post website.

A tracking number will be sent to your email when the order is shipped out so that you can track its delivery progress online.

A signature will be required when the item is delivered. Someone will have to sign for it to receive it; otherwise, the parcel will be returned to Australia Post and a collection card will be left in your mailbox so you can collect it later on.

Please note that the tracking number may take up to 24 hours to be registered in Australia Post's system before you can track it online.

International Deliveries

We currently only accepts orders for deliveries to specific countries. If you'd like to place an international order, please contact us for assistance. 

At Andatech, we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your experience with us and to be happy with your purchase.

If you would like to return a product to us for any reason, please contact us first to discuss this so that we will be better able to assist you.

If your item is faulty:

If it is deemed a manufacturing fault and returned within 30 days of finding the fault, we will exchange the item if in stock, repair it if it is no longer in stock, or refund your money.

After 30 days of purchase, any faults or issues will fall under our warranty policy guidelines.

In all cases, please contact us to troubleshoot or arrange a product return.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (change of mind):

If your product is faulty or significantly different to that shown or described to you or not performing the function you were led to believe that it would and Andatech in its reasonable opinion agrees, you are entitled to choose a refund, repair or exchange.

This is provided that the product is returned to us within 30 days, with all packaging and accessories intact, and with a valid proof of purchase.

For change of mind refunds, a 25% restocking fee will also be imposed. However if the item is unopened and unused and in its original packaging, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Warranty Policy

All our products carry a standard warranty ranging from 1-3 years up to a lifetime.

Warranties only cover parts defective in material and/or workmanship. Defects that have resulted in improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, excess moisture, insects,

improper packing, lightning, power surges, unauthorised tampering, alteration or modification are not covered under warranty.

If you have a product that is under warranty and has a defect or fault, please contact Andatech for assistance with troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved, a product return can be arranged. Items that are under warranty and deemed faulty by Andatech will be repaired or replaced. Please contact us to raise an RA number.

How to return an item

Please contact us to obtain an RA (Return Authorisation) number and return details.

Any returns mailed back to us without a valid RA number will be rejected.

Postage charges

Postage charges for faulty items will be covered by us. A return label will be provided when you contact us to get your RA number.

For items returned due to a change of mind, customers will be responsible for all postage charges. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Andatech will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via registered insured post.
