In 1994, I went to the Roy Rogers Museum with my friend. We had called the Museum the day before,  and were told that sometimes Roy comes by in the morning, around when it opens. But they never knew for sure if he was coming by.  I was collecting Life Magazines at the time and had his 1943 issue, and brought it, just in case. We were SO lucky, that Roy Rogers came to the Museum just as it was opening and spent a few minutes talking to us.   I ran out to the car after taking the photo, and brought the Life Magazine inside, and asked if he would sign it. He asked what my name was, and said he would leave it in the area where you gain admission, and I could pick it up after we finished.  Sure enough, Roy Rogers had signed my magazine. I've kept it in a sleeve, and sadly, the magazine itself is not in good shape, except for the front and back covers. I've got other Life issues from 1943, and they've held up better. In any event, I'm selling this for a discounted price because of a fair amount of discoloration and so many loose pages. It may not be a huge problem, since most fans may just want the issue for the signed cover. ALSO INCLUDED, the Museum pamphlet they gave to visitors, and a photo of me outside the Museum in front of Trigger.  Buyer pays $13 to ship/handle by FedEx Ground or FedEx Home or USPS Priority Mail domestically.
