3) Kindly note that we Highly recommend professional installation as We will not be held responsible for any damages to your cellphone/mobile phone that you may cause during the changing of replacement parts.

5) All our LCD's have our "CPO" stamp on it.

Terms of sales & Returns:-
1) Please confirm the item that you are interested in buying and the one you need. Please know that if the buyer bought a wrong item or does not need the item, can not install the item. Buyer need to pay for the return shipping and 15% of payment for the seller charge (Such as shipping fee, Restocking fee, Handling charges and so on.)
2) Do not install the item immediately after you receive it. Please try to check the item/LCD's function by just pluging the flex connector to your phone.
3) Please make sure to test it first to determine the quality is fine, functions properly, has no scratches and then install it.

4) All LCD's are tested and 100% functional. Before shipping out the package, we check, inspect the LCD.
5) We accept return for the item within 14 days when customer receive merchandise if there is any functional issue with LCD.
6) We will process RMA within 3-7 days when we receive the item back.
7) LCD must be in brand new condition i.e unused, no scratches, not glued. We will test the LCD's for refund is processed. If the LCD is broken or cracked from inside and if not returned in the given condition, we reserve the right to refuse the Refund/Replacement.
8) Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (Customer pays for return shipping) and merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
9) Any LCD received with cracked glass should be notified to us within 24 to 48 business hrs. Otherwise not eligible for return.
10) All our LCD's have our "CPO" stamp on it. Any returns on LCD without our stamp over it, will be denied for refund/replacement.
4) Once the LCD is installed, we would no longer accept returns. Thank you for your cooperation!!!
Shipping:-
1) We give Free Shipping within United States.
2) Orders placed Before 4pm CST will be Shipped out the same day via USPS (Monday to Friday).
3) Please note that delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Once the package is with USPS we no longer hold any control over the package and therefore any delays in delivery on USPS end, replacement/refund won't be processed until the item is returned back to us.
4) Orders placed on weekend (Saturday/Sunday) or on holidays will be shipped the next working day.
5) We only ship to PayPal confirmed address and the eBay accounts that have positive reviews on it. Orders will be cancelled and refunded for accounts with 0 review.
