Shipping method is either LBC, DHL and/or FedEx. Do not include weekends and holidays.

While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners whom we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.
Should buyer cancels the order, a 6% fee from the gross amount will be deducted.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will coordinate with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from late and miss handling of any delivery. We do not control how the courier handle the packages should any damage/s and/or loss occurs.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that the late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. All sales are final.
Cancellation of an order made and/or purchased order is not allowed unless otherwise contacted upon.
These agreement/s also entitles us not to respond to any of the buyer’s messages if he/she is/are too demanding, impatient, rude, disrespectful, burdensome, grueling, asking irrelevant questions, and neglectful of the Terms & Conditions.
