These are coloured versions of our Carbon Patch sets, made from very high quality Polymeric ( more rubberised, wont shrink like cheap Monomeric ) Vinyl.

These are ideal for decoration whilst also offering protection from cable rub - these do NOT offer any level of protection from chain slap over and above what any normal tape would, but can be layered to create more padding if required. The overall lenth of the Chainguide patches is designed to fit the centre section only, if you require a double size version of this set see our other listings for 'LARGE' sets.

These patches can be manipulated with a little heat to fit irregular shapes, over Welds etc providing the surface is dry, clean of oil and grease and ideally warm - use a hairdryer or heatgun in the winter months.

To apply: using a blade, pin, or other suitable sharp implement gently lift the decal away from the backing film, once a corner is lifted, you can peel the entire sticker away and fit to a dry clean warm frame.

PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT IF THESE WILL STICK TO YOUR FRAME - All gloss finishes no problem, some Powder Coat finishes can be an issue. Please ensure the frame is warm ( upwards of 16Degrees ideally ) and dry before fitting, heat activated adhesive is not designed to stick to cold and wet surfaces!

Please ensure the frame is dry and free from oil or residue before fitting patches, ideally fitting the set in the warm ( 16 degrees plus ) ensures the material is pliable and will bond at its best.
