This is Night Fighter by Main Street and Alpha Software Ltd. for Commodore 64.
      It is NEW in it's original hanging baggie.
       
      It is very hard-to-find. Only one site had a short description ("Shoot'em Up - Space Invaders"). It is not listed, reviewed or even described anywhere else (except for a couple people saying it was one of their favorite games). See picture #2 (the back of the back of the package for more information).
      Of course no one else has it for sale on the Internet.
