Hi everyone!

This is a very rare collectible medal commemorating the 25th Anniversary of General Motors (1908-1933). It was designed by the famous Norman Bel Geddes. This was issued in 3 different compositions: bronze, silver-plated bronze and sterling silver. This is the Silver-plated bronze issue. It was also produced in 2 different sizes (38 mm and 76 mm). This is the bigger size 76 mm!

Produced by "Medallic Art Co., NY" (seen on the rim - see pictures) in 1933.

Some minimal loss of plating on the raised automobile silhouette on the front (please see pictures). Back of the medal looks even better than the front. Might need some polishing (by a professional) to restore its luster and shine (90 years does take its toll on such items). I have left it untouched and have not attempted to restore it/polish it, as its current state adds to its value and appeal.

Please note this is a museum-worthy item, almost 90 years-old and is super-rare! Sorry the velvet case in the listing is NOT included, i will however package very carefully and supply another case if avaiabe.

Please ask ALL questions, and check all pictures closely as returns are not accepted. If you require more pictures or closeups please do not hesitate to ask!

This will be sent by DHL Express. Insured of course. Delivery within 3-5 days.

HAPPY COLLECTING!
