Original authenticate vintage newspaper front section with bold "CLINTON IMPEACHED" headline. Overall, this piece in very good condition and will absolutely be an impressive display or archive item for any collector, enthusiast, or historian.

"Clinton was impeached on December 19, 1998 by the House of Representatives. The House voted 228–206 to impeach him for perjury to a grand jury and voted 221–212 to impeach him for obstruction of justice. Clinton was only the second U.S. president (after Andrew Johnson) to be impeached. Impeachment proceedings were based on allegations that Clinton had illegally lied about and covered up his relationship with 22-year-old White House (and later Department of Defense) employee Monica Lewinsky. After the Starr Report was submitted to the House providing what it termed 'substantial and credible information that President Clinton Committed Acts that May Constitute Grounds for an Impeachment', the House began impeachment hearings against Clinton before the mid-term elections. To hold impeachment proceedings, the Republican leadership called a lame-duck session in December 1998." - Wikipedia

Newspaper listings are often from my personal collection. I have been a collector for over 25 years. Unfortunately, I just cannot keep them all. Each is a unique pre-loved vintage, historic, and/or collectible piece. I would generally consider them to be good to very good condition. Obvious imperfections or damage are noted in the description and photographed.
Typically this kind of item is gently rolled with protective plastic to limit moisture and shipped in a document tube or equivalent. Send a message if you have questions.
