Vintage Circa 60's - 70's. Williamsburg, Virginia, Governors Palace Ceramic Souvenir Plate Blue with Gold Trim. Rare Stand Up. Condition is Used but slightly. What makes this Plate rare is it is "Patent Pending" for the unique footed design that allows it to stand up on its own on a flat surface.  Back is etched Patent Pending, C31L. See Pictures.
