Orders are shipped M-F during normal business hours within one business day of receipt of payment. Orders will only be shipped to the CONFIRMED physical address provided at the time of payment. Heavy items, such as Trimpros, are shipped by UPS. They cannot be delivered to Post Office Boxes. In this case, please provide a physical address. Light items will be shipped by UPS or USPS, at our discretion. If we have a problem with your order, we will contact you by email through Ebay or by telephone, if provided.
