CONDITIONS DE VENTE

Commander

·       Suivant la procédure d’eBay

·       ATTENTION : NE PAS PAYER IMMEDIATEMENT ; SVP ATTENDEZ LA DEMANDE DE PAIEMENT AVEC LE MONTANT EXACT A PAYER

Payer

·       Je souhaite un paiement par PayPal sur mon compte « jean.de.baets@skynet.be ». Ce service assure le vendeur et l’acheteur, notamment en remboursant eventuellement l’achat en cas de problème. Dans ce cas Paypal prend en charge les démarches éventuelles.

·       Si vous désirez payer par un autre moyen - par exemple un virement bancaire – dites le dans un message sur eBay. Mais Je me réserve la possibilité d’accepter ou non. En cas d’acceptation, mes coordonnées bancaires seront indiquées dans ma réponse à votre message

·       Le prix indiqué  pour chaque article est fixe quelque soit le nombre d’articles achetés et ne se négocie pas.

·       Au total du prix de l’article, il faut ajouter le coût d’expédition comme indiqué ci-dessous.

·       L’objet sera uniquement expédié à la reception d’un paiement valable, reçu dans les 2 jours calendrier l’achat. Si vous avez un problème pour payer avant 2 jours calendrier, veuillez me contacter.

Expédier

·       J’envoie les objets commandés par BPost au maximum dans les 3 jours suivant la réception du paiement,  par le service de courrier standard qui ne prévoit pas de suivi, d’assurance ni d’envoi enregistré. Ceci est cependant possible sur demande lors de la commande moyennant un supplément de prix.

·       Sauf indication contraire de ma part, je n’accepte pas d’enlèvement en mains propres à mon domicile.

·       L’envoi postal se fait à l'adresse indiquée dans votre commande comme mentionné dans l’annonce.

·       Le coût d’expédition postale dépend de la destination et du poids ; il est indiqué ci-dessous.

Responsabilite

·       Comme mentionné ci-dessus, sauf avis contraire, tous les objets que je propose sont complets, dans un état impeccable et emballés suivant les meilleures normes postales. C’est pourquoi je n’accepte en principe pas de retour ni de remboursement du prix payé.

·      Si à la réception vous constatez des dégâts au colis veuillez prendre contact avec le transporteur et lui adresser éventuellement un recours. En aucun cas je ne suis responsable de cette situation.

·       Je ne peux pas garantir le délai de livraison car il dépend du transporteur. Je garantis uniquement que le colis sera déposé pour expédition dans le délai annoncé plus haut.

Ordering
• To order please follow the eBay procedure

·     CAUTION: DO NOT PAY IMMEDIATELY; PLEASE WAIT FOR THE PAYMENT REQUEST WITH THE ACCURATE AMOUNT TO PAY

Paying
• I want a payment by PayPal on my account "jean.de.baets@skynet.be". This service ensures the seller and the buyer, including possibly reimbursing the purchase in case of problems. In this case Paypal takes care of the possible steps.
• If you wish to pay by other means - for example a bank transfer - say so in a message on eBay. But I reserve the right to accept or not. In case of acceptance, my bank details will be indicated in my response to your message
• The price indicated for each item is fixed regardless of the number of items purchased and is not negotiable.
• In total to the price of the item, the shipping cost must be added as indicated below.
• The item will only be shipped upon receipt of a valid payment, received within 2 days of purchase. If you have a problem to pay before 2 calendar days, please contact me.
Delivery
• I send items ordered by BPost a maximum of 3 days after receipt of payment, by the standard mail service that does not provide tracking, insurance or registered shipment. This is however possible on request when ordering for an additional charge.
• Unless otherwise indicated by me, I do not accept pick-up at my home.
• The mailing is done to the address indicated in your order as mentioned in the advertisement.
• The shipping cost depends on the destination and the weight; it is mentioned hereunder.

Responsibility
• As mentioned above, unless otherwise stated, all the items I propose are complete, in iexcellent condition and packaged according to the best postal standards. This is why I do not accept in principle any return or refund of the price paid.
• If at the reception you notice damage to the parcel please contact the carrier and eventually appeal to him. In no case am I responsible for this situation.
• I can not guarantee the delivery time because it depends on the carrier. I guarantee only that the parcel will be deposited for shipment within the deadline announced above.
