No Provision for above the waist adjustment. Semi-fitted, slightly tapered dress, above mid-knee, has front pleated into inset, no shoulder seams, seam detail, welt pockets, back zipper and long sleeves. Narrow hem. Close fitting pullover top has mock neck band and long sleeves. Purchased tie. Pants, below ankle, (very loose fitting through hips) have contour waist, front tucks, side pockets, back yoke, front button/mock fly zipper closing and button leg bands.
