Pretty vintage double ruffle fabric, probably made originally for decorating a pillow. Pretty deep chocolatey brown with white polka dots, topped with soft off-white lace. 3-1/2 yards long; 2-5/8 inches wide. I believe the brown fabric is cotton, while the lace is a cotton-synthetic blend. I have not laundered this piece, but it appears to be quite clean without any stains or tears.
