Once the payment is cleared, the item will be shipped the next available working day by Royal Mail 1st class service. Usually takes 2 - 3 working days to arrive in the UK, and takes 7 - 14 working days for other international customers. If you still not received the item within the suggested shipping period, please contact us, because it may considered a lost during postage or a mistake in our dispatching process.
WE HAVE A NO QUIBBLES RETURNS POLICY. If you wish to return an item or items to us please do so within 14 days of receipt. Please send a message to our eBay account telling us you wish to return an item, we will then send you a message with all the relevant information you will need. Returned items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re -sale. There must be a copy of your invoice and a letter requesting a refund or exchange. If the item is faulty please state the issue in your letter. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. Once we receive your items back we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility
