If the DVD is from another region, it will be clearly advised above on the first line and in the Title Bar. I.e. Region 1 or Region 2

SHIPPING:

1. Shipping only to eBay confirmed address.

2. Australia shipping is through Australia Post. All items are posted either in a tough bag or padded envelope. Global Retail Direct is not liable for any damage during transit. If you would like extra padding please pay for a padded bag where it can take up to 500g, or you can pay for registered post which includes insurance.

3. International shipping is available, but ONLY through Australia Post. Please ask for combined shipping cost if you would like to purchase multiple items. Please note that I am NOT responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and fees. So, check with CUSTOMS of your country. Please ask for exact shipping costs to other countries. Once you know the cost to post to your country and your happy to proceed, I will open the listing up for you to purchase.

RETURNS:

NO Returns will be accepted so please ENSURE you WANT the item BEFORE BUYING and that you understand Region codes and the difference between DVD and Blu-ray. If the item is faulty then returns will be accepted.
