• Before using, please read the User Manuals and Safety Notice for proper use and care. 
• For hard-wiring (24 hours recording) requirements, please purchase the DDPAI N3 Pro GPS with hard-wire kit package. We recommend the hard-wire kit shall be installed by a professional installer. However, most of our customers have installed it by themselves as this hardwire kit easy to install. No need to cut/strip the cables or any soldering! Just plug the fuse taps to the driver's side fuse box and play pretty much! Plenty of YouTube videos on the internet for you to watch and learn the installation. Also it comes with the installation guide or contact us for installation instructions. As long as you won't connect it wrong and damage the dash cam or your car electronics systems, you'll be fine! We are just not responsible for any damage by installing it incorrectly :D If you are not really good with cars then get someone to install it for you! ;)
• Before ordering the (optional) hardwire kit package, please check which type of fuses your car uses in the driver's side fuse box. ATO, Low-profile (LP), Maxi, Micro2 and Micro3 fuse taps are not included in this package. If your car is not compatible with the fuse taps we provided? Don't worry, you can find them from any car electronics store or online or your professional dash cam installer may have extra fuse taps that suits to your car fuse box ;)
• SD card is not included for this package. It requires a SD card to record videos.

5. In order to make a refund, we may ask you to send us photos and videos of the item defects. If you don't have any evidence we may not accept your refund. 

6. We refund the money after the item delivered back to us and all the items including gift box must be in the exact condition and the serial numbers must be matched.

7. If you don't buy the insurance with the product, we are not responsible for any delivery damage/ lost by the courier service. However, if the parcel delivered damage, please take a photo before you open it and send us the photos if there is a damage by the courier service. We may offer you a partial refund. We will try our best to help you.
