Up for bid is a fine French abstract modernist enamel brooch, signed DLH. The base metal body measures 1 11/16 inches by 7/8 inch. It is an irregular shape, and is set with an abstract design in deep blue enamel. It has a standard pin back with a trombone style catch.. It is marked “DLH” as shown. From what I gather this is a French producer; I would date the brooch to the 1950s.
Condition on the pin is good. There is no damage, just normal light wear. An attractive modernist pin!
