If you have a Roland SH-101 with a dead Transformer (part reference T1), so a Roland SH-101 with no negative 9V rail or +21V supply then this is the module you need to get it up and working again.

I keep meaning to write up instructions for testing and confirming that T1 is dead, but as I do not have an SH-101 to hand cannot, however Col has written up his experiences including this helpful picture:

If your SH-101 does have a dead transformer, I also strongly recommend you set up a bench supply to test it before ordering one of these modules.

This will need soldering skills to install, but uses the existing rectifiers to avoid the likelihood of further damage.
