At Tiara, you have access to amazing pieces regardless of your budget. Our goal is to provide the best experience possible for our customers. All of our diamonds and gemstones are genuine-natural (unless noted otherwise).

Shipping:

Once our team is notified of your purchase, your item will be packaged safely (in a jewelry gift box or pouch) and shipped free of charge within 3 business days of your purchase. At this time, we only provide domestic shipping in the U.S.

Returns:

We allow fourteen (14) days from the time of purchase for the item(s) to be inspected and if desired, request for return. Items returned will be inspected and cannot be worn or tampered with, must be free from damage or alterations, and must include the original invoice, with the barcode tag still attached to the item and packaging. Items with special request, such as ring sizing, are not returnable. Tiara Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage during returned shipments. We suggest obtaining insurance for any items being returned. Buyer is responsible for returned shipping.
