Items are packed securely and normally sent within 24 hours from confirmation of payment Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Items are sent with targeted delivery between 1 - 2 days. If we don't hear from you about non receipt of item within 7 days of ordering the item, we'd assume it delivered. Non receipt claims won't be admissible after 7 days of order placed. Payment

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase only if the item is faulty or totally not as described. Return postage will be paid by the buyer. Due to hygiene issues, usable/ fill-able items can only be returned if they have not been used unless faulty.
