INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare a balloon
- Stretch balloon gently in a vertical direction
- Stretch balloon gently in a horizontal direction
- Put the decorating materials (feathers, confetti... etc.) inside the balloon, remove any sharp edges before putting in
- Wear eye googles and face shield in case the balloon burst
- Inflate the balloon very slowly, do not use an electric pump that is too strong; a hand held manual pump is recommended; do not inflate too big
- Twist the tail and tie in a knot
- Decorate as you like
- Do not put near heat source , fire or electrical wire
- Not for children under 10
- CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
PRODUCTION, HANDLING & SHIPPING
- Shipping & Handling time will be prolonged to 5-10 business days for bulk orders.

- We ship internationally, and foreign customers have to pay for the shipping costs and customs fees.
- Seller is not responsible for any lost or stolen items if tracking number is provided, buyers will have to file a claim by themselves in case they didn't receive their packages. Buyers are also advised to buy shipping insurance, please message us for detail.
RETURN POLICY
- Domestic US returns accepted with 30 days of your purchase. 20% of restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- International returns not accepted.
- Any product you return must be in same condition you received it and in original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee, please send us tracking number after returning.
- Refund will be issued within 7 days after the returned products are delivered and all those are in good conditions.
