Typical size guitar pic.  They are heavy and unused.  I am noticing on a pick every now and then, some of the gold printing might be missing a little around the edge of a letter, but nothing major.  Keep an eye out for some more of my personal pick collection that I will be posting this week and in the upcoming weeks.  The last couple of photos show examples of what is possible on some of the logos that might be misprinted.
