I "believe" it is a men's watch, I added measurements to pics to help you decide, it is in excellent shape, brand new battery replaced by a jewler.

Looked at back with magnifying glass, super mild infrequent scratching on the outer rose coloring and back, could not see ONE scratch on the glass.  (My opinions).  Band excellent condition.
