T-shirt was never worn, and I am original owner.  Bought from a comic book store in the early 90's.  No tags, but shirt is new.  Never washed.  Was in storage for the last 25 years.

Very small hole on left breast area.  There is slight discoloration on bottom left of shirt in pics.  Size is Kids Large.

This shirt is extremely rare, as it is from the defunct Operation Aliens cartoon that never made it on the air.  This was a tie-in to the Kenner toyline from 1992.
