There is no label to state the mix of wool to cashmere but this jacket is extremely soft and hangs beautifully, suggesting a high percentage of cashmere. I would guess at least 30%.

This jacket was retailed by Robert Leonards of Wilmslow who are still 9-13 St Ann's Parade.

It's cunningly simple. Get a coat,  jacket, suit, dress or whatever that fits your best and then measure that,  adding or subtracting a fraction of an inch as required to get your perfect fit.
