Payment
I accept PayPal as my primary form of payment. I am unable to accept cash, checks or any other form of credit card through the mail or electronic due to EBay’s Accepted Payments Policy.
I require customer(s) to submit payment within seven (7) days from the ended auction. If I have not received payment within this time, I reserve the right to re-list the item or no longer offer it for purchase. I do make exceptions in the case of emergencies, however prompt communication is required and welcomed.
Shipping
I use Canada Post Ground as my shipping carrier. Including shipment for international customer(s). For any other third-party shipper (at your request) Customer(s) pay the difference. I do not determine the charges nor do I have the ability to waive any international transaction fees. Please refer to eBay’s International Trading Policy to review prohibited items, restricted categories and to reference a list of eligible countries. I will not and do not send any international packages as “GIFTS”. I as a seller follow EBay’s Policies and Procedures.
Combined Shipping
I make my best attempt to combine shipping in the event more than one item has been purchased. For most items I charge a $1.00 handling fee for each additional item on top of the highest shipping charge, unless they are of unusual dimension or size. I ask that customer(s) contact me BEFORE payment so that I can accurately quote a price and have it reflected in the invoice.
For my repeat customers who commonly purchase multiple items: I allow a 14-day window for the accumulation of purchases for a single shipment. Items purchased outside of this time frame will be shipped separately or with other items purchased in the following 2-week window. Please note: due to my automated shipping service, items are prepared for shipment immediately after payment has been received. Thus, I cannot hold nor delay shipments to be combined with other sales and/or auctions once paid.
Return policy
Given current market trends and updates to eBay’s policies, I will gladly accept returns at your (buyer) shipping expense if not satisfied with your purchase/item. Return shipping funds will be deducted from your refund.
