It is your responsibility to research the item(s) for sale to make sure that it is the correct part, color, make, model, etc that you need because we DO NOT cancel bids or offers when they are placed nor do we cancel auctions when they are won.

We don't accept returns, we try to sell original and quality products in addition to inform the exact status of the product, in addition to attaching photos where we show if the product have any damage, we inform any damage. In the product offer we clarify too that returns are not accepted, only accept return requests for items that received varies greatly from it’s description. We request that you notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We make all efforts to inspect items and test for basic functionality like powering on and off, heating/cooling, charging, etc. We inspect items to see if they are complete but in some cases they may not be or we cannot tell and we will make note of that in the description when possible. If you do not see it in the pictures provided, do not assume that it will be included. Please just ask if you are unsure.

Please ask all questions prior to bidding as your bid is your commitment to complete the transaction.

Please only bid or make an offer if you intend to complete the sale. Saying you bid by accident or you’ve changed your mind does not release you from the responsibility for paying for your item(s). A non-paying bidder case will be filed automatically by eBay after 48 hours of auction end. Sorry to have to spell this out but we’ve had a number of new eBayers lately who do not understand how things work and end up causing much wasted time and expense when we are forced to relist an already sold item.
