A scene on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. An excellent highway extends 'round the lake. Each turn of the road brings a panorama that is enthralling and alluring. "Sugar Pines," monarch of all pine trees, bearing cones 12-24 inches in length. The long-needled "Jeffrey Pine" and the slender "Lodge Pole Pines" form a dense forest along the shore line and on the mountain ranges around the lake.
It has a green 2 cent John Adams stamp posted August 20, 1952. It is addressed to Dr. & Mrs. L. Watson in Hollywood.
