Delivery

We will post your item as soon as payment has cleared; this will be the next working day at the latest. If you purchase at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday your item will be posted on Monday or the next working day.

 Postage & Packing Costs

* We use Royal Mail 2nd Class on most items to help keep costs low, but will post 1st Class or Special Delivery on request if you wish to pay for the upgrade. 

** Please be aware that we use MyHermes for posting larger item as it is more economical. This may takes a bit longer than Royal Mail and therefore please be mindful of this. 

*** We aim to be fair with our P&P costs, and charge a minimal amount for packing as well as having P&P caps to help save you even more money.

 Returns

We abide by the Distance Selling Regulations which means you have 14 days after receipt to decide if you wish to keep your order. 

* Before returning any item, please contact us first stating your eBay username and your reasons for return.  We require you to contact us within 24 hours of the item being delivered. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn or unused with original packaging & tags where appropriate, fit for resale. 

** Please return via track-able means, the Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. 

*** Free money back guarantee is offered in case the returns are due to mistake of buyer (wrong purchase) or mind changing, but for items with free Post & Packaging Charges, just  20% will be deducted from the total price to cover post and packaging charges.
