DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day after we received your cleared payment.
Item(s) should arrive within 2-5 working days (unless stated otherwise), eBay will provide you with a delivery estimate.
All products are brand new (unless stated otherwise). We quality control, package and ship every item(s) that is sold.
If you have not received your item(s), you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item(s), we will investigate the matter with our couriers. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 30 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. We only accept a PayPal verified and confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal and then eBay before you pay.
Delivery to the Channel Islands, offshore British Isles, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands will incur additional delivery charges. Please message us beforehand so we can adjust the shipping costs.

PAYMENT
We only accept payment through PayPal.
We reserve the right to refuse bidders based on eBay Feedback or unverified/unregistered/unconfirmed status of the buyers eBay or PayPal account.
TERMS OF SALE & RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event your item(s) becomes damaged or defective during shipping, please report this to us via eBay messages, strictly no later than 24 hours after confirmed delivery.
If you change your mind and would like to return the item(s), you have 30 days after receiving the item(s) to return the item(s) to us. Buyer pays return postage and is responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. Return item(s) should be unused and in the original packaging with all accessories. Refunds may be rejected, or partial refunds provided if an item(s) is returned used, damaged, defective, parts missing or not in the original packaging. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, where an item(s) was bought in error or no longer needed.
We provide clear pictures and measurements where possible. Please check OE#, listed picture and compatibility table above to make sure the item(s) fits your vehicle. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to check for you. The buyer is responsible for making sure the item(s) is compatible with their vehicle. We do not bear any responsibility or liability for incorrect or mistaken purchases.
Please note fitment may not be exactly OEM specification/measurement and small/minor imperfections may occur during normal production. For spoilers, the under section (where the spoiler is fitted to the car) may have small holes (this may be covered with stickers ? please do not remove) this is not a manufacturing defect, it is made to avoid cracking/bubbling of the spoiler during production. Moreover, the under section (where the spoiler is fitted to the car) may not have a clear coat, this is not a manufacturing defect as it increases the longevity and effectiveness of the glue.
Installation guides/instructions/material may be supplied with your item(s). Please note instructions are for guidance only. We will not bear any responsibility once the item(s) has been delivered. We do not bear any responsibility for damages during installation or fitting. Professional installation is required and recommended for all item(s).
