Should you believe any item is not as described please contact us immediately; if we cannot resolve the issue with you, we will accept return of the item and give you a full refund (including our shipping charges and your return shipping costs) provided that the item is returned to us within 30 days of receipt in the exact condition in which it was received ( please note: an item is not returnable if it has been immersed in water or other fluid, or marked by an Expert or an Expert Committee, or treated or damaged by any process whatever, unless our written permission has been previously obtained)
