_TERMS:

_{Items listed under USED condition are not tested, condition is not known and the item is being sold “AS IS” unless stated otherwise. Items listed NEW are in factory packaging.  Items listed NEW(OTHER) are reported new, but have missing items or packaging.  Condition of item will be noted in additional information.  We purchase a lot of items from plant closings and surplus sales.  Please understand that most of our items are surplus that come from factory closings.  Therefore, we do not have first-hand knowledge of their history.}

_{We try to be as accurate as possible with our listings, but we are not experts in every one of our items.  We use our best judgment and known knowledge of their condition.}

_{A lot of the items we purchase have to be repackaged, because of damaged packaging.  We test to the best of our ability to insure a working product.} 

_{TURNAROUND TIME:}

_{Order processing time will be 1-3 days per item depending on shipping carrier and receipt of payment. Rush shipping will be available with additional fees. Please contact for more information. For pickup arrangements please also contact. Items left beyond 30 days will be marked abandoned and customer loses the rights to the item or items. No exceptions.}

_SHIPPING:

_{Domestic Shipping}

_{For all Domestic shipping we will use USPS, FedEx, or UPS at our digression. We try to ship USPS Priority as much as possible.  We only ship to EBAY addresses, unless prior arrangements have been made.  Larger items will require Freight shipping due to size and weight restrictions. Items tagged Freight Charge buyer will contact for quote with their own carrier. Next day shipping is available for additional fees.  We will combine shipping on multiple items.}

_{Shipping via USPS is the most economical way for international shipping, sometimes the weight or dimensions do not allow for it to be shipped via this method.  If UPS or FedEx is required to ship due to weight or size, extra charges may apply.  Shipping quotes do not include International Taxes or Duties; buyer will be responsible for any Import Tax and Customs Fees.  For all International purchases buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, Taxes, and related fees. We will combine shipping on purchase of multiple items.}

_PAYMENT:

_{Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase or upon receiving invoice if requested on normal purchases.  If Buy It Now is used, payment must be paid within 24 hours. Payments not received within allotted time fame, items will be forfeited, and negative feedback given.   For purchases requiring Freight Shipping, charges must be arranged and received within 4 days}.

_RETURNS:

_{Unwanted or broken in transit items will not be covered; items damaged or broken due to shipping will be the responsibility of the carrier. Customer is responsible for return shipping on authorized returns, unless product is shipped due to our error, in these cases we will refund in full as well as cover return shipping. Items must be returned within 7 days otherwise refund will be void.} 

_WARRANTY:

_{We honor all items we ship to be operational.  If item fails to operate, contact us and we will either replace (if available) or refund purchase price after item is returned.  Please contact us within 30 days of purchase.  Returned items must be returned the in the same condition as received.}
