The memory card sent might be in EU, UK or Chinese retail packaging subject to stock levels, this does not affect a quality of the product.
In some rare occasions subject to stock levels we might replace SanDisk with the Kingston Canvas Select Plus Micro SD Card of the same or higher specifications. 
For International orders Customer are responsible for payment of all inbound Taxes a Duties, should they be applicable for their country. 

Shipping Delays Due To Pandemic

Due to the unprecedented and unpredictable situation we find ourselves in at the moment, we are experiencing delays on some shipments reaching our customers, 

because of the demand currently being placed on Royal Mail services. Once your order has been placed, we ship it out within 24 hours on weekdays and Saturdays as usual. 

Please note, however, that once item handed to Royal Mail for delivery, we have no control over delivery process. 

If your item is delayed please inform us and allow up to 10 working days for it to arrive since shipment date. 

If it will not arrived within this period you will receive refund or we can resend the item again. 

Despite Royal Mail is achieving 97% in time delivery rate now, some mail items can be affected.

With this in mind, we recommend you to select guaranteed delivery method if you require item urgently - Special Delivery.

RETURNS/REFUNDS - If you would like to return your product please send the item back with a tracked insured courier to ensure we receive it and also ensure that the item is in its ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGING. If the item has been opened or the seal is broken then we are unable to offer a refund.
