Some reinkers may have markings on them, numbers written on them or ink stains but they are new never used. Save your old stamp pads from going dry! These last a long time and will keep you stamping for years! These are all retired ink refills by stampin up and are no longer sold. Stampin up does not vacuum seal their ink refills, that is why I tape them at the lid and put in a baggie to protect from any leakage caused by the postal service. 

 Also, Stampin up no longer fills the ink refills to the edge of the bottle, so the newer ones from 2020 on slightly less but they are NEW!
