We are a small, family owned and operated business, based in West Sussex, England and have been online retailers since 1998 (the year Google was founded!). We supply the highest quality coloured envelopes, craft supplies, stationery packs and innovative gift products, all responsibly sourced and made from the best materials

Our Coloured Envelopes

All our envelopes are manufactured here, in the UK, from responsibly managed, FSC accredited paper mills, using the highest quality paper stock to ensure colour purity and an excellent finish every time. Our standard ranges are manufactured directly for ourselves in a massive range of colour ranges and styles. Our luxury range is made from 120gsm heavyweight paper stock by Blake Envelopes, a British manufacturer known for the highest quality. We stock a complete range of diamond flap gummed and straight edge peel/seal packs with new lines and colours introduced on a regular basis to expand our choice, and we have a wide range of multi-colour "value packs" offering additional savings that prove extremely popular.

SHIPPING

Payment

To pay for your goods, please use the eBay checkout, by pressing the 'Pay Now' button at the top of this page.

Payment can only be made by PayPal. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. Payment on 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be supported by a VAT invoice. Our listed prices include VAT at the standard rate.

If the item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal prior to placing your order. We will only ship to your registered PayPal address. In the event that your order has already been placed, but not yet shipped, please contact us through the eBay messaging system to discuss the order to allow you to update the address details and resubmit your order. If your order has already been processed, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to the delivery.

Shipping

Orders will usually be despatched via Royal Mail or myHermes. Larger items and high value items will be shipped via a national UK courier*. Most items will be sent out the next working day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds.

You will be notified via e-mail when we have despatched your order, and what shipping method (and tracking number if available) has been used to ship your order.

* All courier deliveries MUST be signed for on delivery. Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm and we cannot provide a timed courier delivery service. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel they will leave a card with details of when your item will be redelivered or how you can arrange collection

RETURNS

Returns

If you change your mind, or any of our products are not suitable for the intended purchase and you wish to return the item, you must notify us via the link in "my eBay" within 10 days of delivery. We are happy to refund the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging.

Exchanges

If the product you have chosen is the incorrect colour or size for your intended purchase, you must notify us via the link in "my eBay" within 10 days of delivery. We are happy to exchange the item for a suitable replacement, providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to a reprocessing fee of £3.50 to cover the postage costs of sending out the exchange item(s). This can be paid for using Paypal or by credit/debit card over the telephone*. We will contact you once your original purchase has been returned to us to arrange this. If the exchanged item is of a lower value than your original purchase, we will deduct the £3.50 exchange fee from the difference in value that has already been paid and refund any further difference (if applicable) back to your original Paypal payment at the time we despatch your exchange item.
