MTG Magic the Gathering Winds Of Change Fourth Edition in Near Perfect Condition #2. I am NOT an expert card grader or anything like that , just a MTG player !! This is my opinion of what I would grade it as, as this card is in near perfect condition to my eye. There is some marks on the edges around the card. Please study the Photo's carefully and come to your own decision about what grade this is and be comfortable with the condition of the card when buying for your collection. I've tried to get the light reflection's to show any blemishes / marks on the card front and back. You will get the actual card in the photo's. Will be sleeved and put in a toploader and sent in a padded envelope via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class Letter. Thanks.
