Vtg VICTORIAN Velveteen Jacket SMALL.

This is a totally wearable Victorian jacket from about 1900, is double breasted and can close left or right, it is very fitted with high armholes and a shoulder to shoulder measurement of just 13”, so this is for the very tiniest. NOTE: the SILK LINING IS TOTALLY IN SHREDS and should just be cut out. There is still a lightweight quilted cotton batting inside. A couple of the buttons crocheted covers need tacking back, too. It’s a cute style with a split peplum that goes to a point in the back.
