Electric Toothbrush Heads
We aim to dispatch all orders which have completed checkout same working day.
Express orders placed by 1pm on Monday to Thursday will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped the next working day (This being on a Monday or Tuesday following a Bank Holiday)
Please kindly note weekends and bank holidays are not working days.
We despatch orders on Monday to Friday using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UKMAIL.
Orders are dispatched every working day (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) and we will send an email to confirm that your order is on its way.
Where a customer is unavailable to accept delivery it will be taken back to the Royal Mail delivery office or the courier office to await collection/redelivery.
Orders are accepted on the understanding that the buyer accepts responsibility for re-arranging delivery/collecting the item from the delivery courier office.
Royal Mail orders are collected once a day and are taken to a main sorting office. Thus it takes approx 3 to 4 working days to reach you.
We are a VAT registered company and can provide VAT receipts upon request.
We accept PayPal which will also allow card payments.
We accept order cancellation for any reasons within 30 days of recieving your goods.
Should you wish to cancel, please notify us by eBay messages in advance and return the item to us at your earliest convenience.
We will issue a refund within 30 days. Please take considerate care of the goods and return it to us in its original condition which is required for a return eligibility.
Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty.
