The IMEI or ESN is a unique number given to every mobile device. This device has a CLEAN IMEI/ESN, this means the device is capable of being activated with the specific carrier mentioned in the listing title. Though we checked the IMEI and it is clean, we recommend calling your wireless carrier with the IMEI/ESN info on this listing to verify if you can activate the device as intended before you purchase this device.

At CIT Electronics, we are proud of the quality of our service and the products we provide. If your items arrive with any tested function or part being defective or damaged, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.  Just send us a message through eBay messages and we will be happy to help. 

If you change your mind, you may also return the device, but you are responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers our cost to test, list, ship the device, and any eBay fees we incur.   

We are a family run business that relies on eBay, so please be honest about why you are returning products.  When people are dishonest it hurts our standing on eBay and makes it difficult to sell our quality devices.   

  1. What are your Shipping Guidelines? 

  1. We use USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail 

  2. We ship within 1 business day. Examples: You pay for an item on Tuesday: we will ship it out before the end of the day on Wednesday. If you pay for an item on Friday through Sunday, we have until the end of the day Monday to ship the item (according to eBay guidelines). 

  3. PayPal will send you an email containing your tracking number, please allow 2 business days for this email to arrive. 

  4. Due to issues with USPS, we strongly discourage combined shipping if the value of the box would be greater than $750. We reserve the right to not combine shipments for any reason, even if the purchase is completed through a combined check out. 

  1. What's the cosmetic condition of the device? 

Grade A 

 "Great" condition. If there is any damage, it is minor and confined to signs of every-day wear. 

 

Grade B 

"Good" condition. There may be some light cosmetic damage on the case, such as scratches and scuff marks. There is a possibility of the phone having numerous minor scratches on the screen.  

 

Grade C 

"Fair" condition or heavily used. There are signs of heavy wear or deeper scratches. Is given to used mobile phones with signs of heavy use, and/or housing faults which do not influence the phone operations.  

 

Grade D 

"Poor" Condition. Devices can have screen issues of all types or other minor issues that do not affect the functionality of the phone. This could be severe screen burns, white spots, other LCD marks, non-functional buttons not including home or power button, etc. 

 

  1.  Is this device carrier unlocked? 
    The title of the listing will show what carrier the device is locked to. If the device is unlocked, that will be stated in the title of the listing.  

  2. Can the device be unlocked?  

Unfortunately we do not guarantee that our devices can be unlocked.
