Returns Information
Damaged and faulted items: (AKA Damaged in Transit) Please let us know on receipt of the package. We will reply with a return address and any instructions needed. We will ask you to return the item and we will refund economy return postage only, please obtain proof of posting when sending. On return, we will send you a replacement. If this item is not available we will offer a full refund. Changed your mind / No Longer wanted - We accept returns on all items except items which have been custom engraved or otherwise modified per customer order. If the item is simply unwanted or you have changed your mind a refund will be given on return of the item excluding all postage costs. Please contact us before attempting to return goods for details on our returns address. You must send goods back by a signed for service.
