Payment is expected within five days of auction end. We accept the following forms of payment; Paypal, direct deposit, money/postal order and cash on local pick up for Australian based customers. International buyers Paypal is the only form of payment.

We endeavour to post your purchase the same business day of receiving payment. Your item is packed with the utmost care, just like we expect our purchases to be wrapped. We use bubble wrap, polystyrene chips and shredded paper for security. If neccesary we will double box. We offer combining postage on multiple auction wins, only if safe to do so. If you are within Australia, you may make your selection of postage options at checkout, our listing's each offer standard Australia Post parcel service, parcel service with signature upon delivery or express post options. International postage is offered via Australia Post air mail or sea (surface) mail. Please advise at auction end.

We auction items that are used and we describe them to the best of our ability. In our description we will note any damage that has been a result of use; cracks, chips, rubbing, splits etc. We will also endeavour to note any flaws that have occurred during the process of manufacture; in vintage glass for instance air bubbles, tooling marks, cinder inclusions. These are not considered to be damage, rather characteristics. Our photo's form an integral part of our description. We will also take further pictures if you require and make those available to you.
