***You will lose the promotion discount once the sim card is insert into a Simple Mobile or Tracfone device.  Your service will be stop after 2 months and no refund.  It is because all your payment paid Simple Mobile original plan service fee.

Non Compatible:  Simple Mobile or Tracfone phone that buying Walmart, Bestbuy, Amazon...etc.

Compatible:  Any T-Mobile phone or Unlocked carrier phone with 4G LTE will work.  

Require Info:

***Provide your IMEI in the order or message us IMEI after placed your order in order to ship you sim card. (press *#06# at dial screen)

Activate Your Service:

***NEW: eSim activation is simple, just need to message us your IMEI # and eSIM # and clearly message us requesting for eSim activation.  We will mark shipped your order and proceed for immediate activation.

Upon arrival you will get a blank sim card.  You will require to message us your sim card number, IMEI number and zip code for activation.  Random phone number will be assigned.  

You may also message us to schedule your activation date, so we can schedule in advance.  Please allow us to activate your service within business hours 10:30am to 7pm.  Request may take up to couple hours to be handles and responds.

Do Not activate sim card by yourself or simple mobile APP or support.  

Do Not make any plan setup change which could cause to lose your purchased credit and service.

You will need to address all technical question, such as coverage, devices support, APN setup etc... to Simple Mobile support for faster respond, dial 611.  We can only help to confirm your initial activation status question.

Fast Shipping:

Sim card will be delivered by USPS OR UPS which take approx. 2-3 business days to deliver with tracking number.  Actually deliver time will be varied.  

Order placed before 3PM EST gets shipped out the same day, orders placed after 5PM EST gets shipped out the next business day.

Refund Policy:

This is a promo sales usually is good to activate within the purchase month.  If purchase didn’t activate within the promo available month, customer can request only partial refund or keep as credits for other products.  Partial refund is given if service hasn't been activated and after we confirm received the returned sim card; however, shipping charge is non-refundable for any reason.  Please understand that we are only a Point of Sales; so once the sim card is activated meaning we made  payment to Carrier on your behalf and unable to rollback.
