Free delivery for up to 100 miles only from Birmingham. Deliveries to addresses 100 - 150 miles from Birmingham will incur a charge of 29. If your postcode is over 150 miles from Birmingham, please message us to check if we delivery to your area. Delivery to England and Wales only. Get in touch to find out more. We will give you a few days notice by phone so please provide us with your best contact numbers once you have placed the order on eBay. Our Couriers are only insured to deliver the sofas to your doorstep. However, the delivery staff will happily place the items into a room of your choice on the ground floor only on request. .
Returns
All items are subject to return Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item has not been assembled. In order to qualify for a full refund of the value of the item, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all contents, in a sellable condition. Please note that refunds will not be issued until the item has been returned to us and inspected by our staff to ensure it is in saleable condition. If you feel the item you have purchased from us is not as described, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to ensure all issues are rectified.
Important Notice
If you require delivery above or below the ground floor the drivers will charge an additional £20.00 this is a discretionary fee between you the customer and the couriers. This fee does not relate to SOFA SCENE LTD. Please note we are not liable for any damages to property or furniture while entering your property. Delivery to England and Wales only
Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions It is your responsibility to ensure that goods that have been ordered can be delivered, and will fit in to any entranceways/hallways/corridors etc and are wide enough for the goods to pass through and will also fit in the required location within the delivery premises. All deliveries must be unpacked by the customer so that you can check over the condition of the goods before signing the delivery note. If any fault or damage is detected, this must be written on the delivery note. Once goods have been accepted and signed for, we cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note. Our drivers are very careful, however we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods. Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to our warehouse.
