Fix Your Max Trainer's Clunk/Knock Noise!

*GENUINE OEM Nautilus Bowflex Max Trainer Parts*

Instructions Included

No Max Trainer should make any abnormal noises.  If your Max Trainer has a clunk/knock noise as you pedal, then it is definitely worth adding these genuine Bowflex specially-designed washers to possibly eliminate that annoying clunk/knock noise!

Fits ALL Max Trainer models: M3, M5, M6, M7, M8, M9, Max Total, and the new SE.

These specially-designed washers are now included with all newer Max Trainer shipments (so check yours to confirm if they are already present), but if you have an older Max Trainer, or perhaps even a newer one that is missing these washers or maybe they are damaged, then order a new set today, or keep a spare set on-hand for future use!

Easy installation requiring only a 6mm Allen wrench (hex key).

****BONUS**** - Max Trainer noises can be due to various issues, some of which are typically fixed by these special washers.  Purchasers of this kit will also be provided email assistance to fix any other issue or noise on your Max Trainer.  All noises can be fixed to make your Max Trainer run like new again !

Each kit includes the following:
  • QTY 2 - "Wave Washers" -  (Used for a clunk/knock sound).  These specially-designed, steel, spring-type washers are installed on the INBOARD side of the upper leg attachment area on the crank arm post (1 each per leg).
Many Max Trainers can have a clunk/knock sound which is due to the upper part of the leg moving laterally side-to-side and knocking against its mounting washer & crank post.  BY-DESIGN there is a small gap in that area to allow the lateral side-to-side motion to prevent mechanical binding and machine damage.  But Bowflex fixed this noise issue on newer shipments by adding these OEM-designed wave washers.  The result is that the lateral side-to-side motion is still permitted, BUT it is cushioned to prevent the associated clunk/knock noise.

WARNING - Many online videos and blogs INCORRECTLY state to add a flat steel or plastic washer to fill the gap in the upper leg location to fix the clunk/knock noise.  The GAP IS INTENTIONAL AND BY-DESIGN and the gap MUST remain and so you do NOT ever want to add any other type of washer in that upper leg location except for these specially designed wave washers!  Using anything other than this specific-sized wave washer might cure your clunk/knock, BUT it can make your machine mechanically bind and get damaged...don't take that unnecessary risk on your expensive Max Trainer...use this correct wave washer!
