We repair it and ship it back to you. I have never had one come back and have been fixing these boards for years in Tulsa Oklahoma area. In this listing you are paying for the repair and return shipping. Not to ship it to us, that is up to you how you choose to do that. You will need to ship this board with a copy of your Ebay receipt so we know who you are. Turnaround is usually pretty quick. Like we will repair your board and ship it back within 48 hours. Unless there is an unusual situation where I am out of town on vacation or something for a few days.
