 Returns may be accepted if; product is defective, or an error of the seller occurs. The seller will accept the return and pay return shipping costs. 

**We are not a Retail Store or a Wholesaler, most of our items are one of a kind. Returns or exchanges are usually not an option. Please be sure you are purchasing the desired item as returns are not accepted. In certain situations, such as an error on sellers part, a return will be accepted or, if available, an exchange. If the buyer requests a return within 3 days of receiving item. A return maybe accepted if; product is in new, and all original tags and packaging is attached and included. The Buyer must pay the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will apply.

If a returns is accepted and if the product does perform as expected and product is in New condition.  However, the seller will not pay for the return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible to notify seller within 3 days of receiving product.  If return is accepted, the buyer will be responsible to pay all return shipping costs. Once the returned product is received and inspected (MUST be in NEW condition, a refund may be refunded at the purchased amount less 10% restocking fee.
