WE SEND ALL OF OUR ITEMS VIA ROYAL MAIL'S SIGNED FOR DELIVERY TO ENSURE THE PARCEL IS DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT RECIPIENT. IF, HOWEVER, YOU FIND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL AFTER 3 DAYS PLEASE CHECK THE TRACKING NUMBER ON YOUR ORDER. IT MIGHT BE A CASE WHERE THE POSTMAN TRIED TO DELIVER THE ITEM BUT NOBODY WAS AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT IT, THEREFORE IT WAS SENT BACK TO THE DELIVERY OFFICE.
