●This pre-main amplifier was developed using the high quality sound technology of the New ES Series.
●Adopts twin monaural construction in which the power supply is placed in the center of the chassis and left and right power amplifiers are placed on both sides.
●In consideration of the influence of the power part and the power supply part of a large current on the pre-part that handles small signals, a 2-box separate structure that separates the inside of the chassis with beams is adopted.
●The amplifier circuit is composed of all FETs, including a junction FET that eliminates the need for a coupling capacitor in the input stage, a voltage amplifier stage (A-class stage), a MOS FET in the drive stage, and a power MOS FET in the final stage, all employing non-magnetic FETs dedicated to audio.
●The power supply uses an advanced S.T.D. (Spontaneous Twin Drive) power supply.
●Equipped with a large aluminum heat sink independent of left and right channels. This maintains the right and left balance of the temperature in the chassis and provides good separation characteristics.
●The volume uses a high sound quality volume that uses a sliding brush with low distortion printing resistance and non-magnetic gold plating.
●The output stage uses a super trigger linear system that reduces switching distortion and crossover distortion, and reduces distortion even at the actual playback level.
●Built-in phono collider amplifier with low noise FET.
●Equipped with ES filter to suppress noise from AC line.
●Pre-output terminal is installed.
