Map measures 18"H x 13 3/4"W and aside from light wear around all of the edges & some foxing is in good to very good condition.

My Scale:

Excellent - Basically mint condition, maybe the mildest bit of wear expected for a used item but nothing like chips/cracks/plating loss/etc basically think of the patina you might find on a 100 year old rosary for what I'm trying to describe.

Very Good- Maybe a slight bit of plating loss, or imperfection to an edge somewhere, slight darkening to a stone

Good- Light foxing to paper, expected typical wear to high use antiques, maybe moderate darkening to multiple rhinestones on let's say a very old Trifari fur clip, some but not overbearing plating loss etc..

Fair- Noticeable foxing to paper, perhaps tears or writing, noticeable plating loss, darkening or possible missing stone (I will note that though), loss to shape

Poor- What your local blockbuster looks like if no one ever rented the empty building by now, possible chips or missing pages or crazing, etc. I will note and generally don't sell items in this condition
