You will receive

50g of wet ready to bake starter - this is fed and maintained by you and will last a lifetime (or more).
A card with a link to all of the information required for getting started, baking and caring for your starter as well as FAQs and a sample baking schedule.

The mother starter is fed exclusively on filtered chlorine-free water and Demeter Mill organic stoneground rye flour for many years meaning you get a product free from impurities. This bread is no knead and requires no electric bread mixer.

Baking at home you will be able to produce loaves of better quality to the best you can buy for a fraction of the cost. The starter can also be used to make naturally leavened pizza, pancakes, brioche, challah, focaccia and baguettes.
